Sumpter Families,
Throughout the day, we continued to have technological challenges. We know that this has resulted in frustration and another day of missed learning opportunities for some students.
It seems that Zoom has been more difficult to implement district-wide than anyone would have ever thought. We are very sorry that this has been happening and hope that these issues will settle so that the flow and pace of our virtual learning environments improves.
To help with this, the district has changed some settings tonight that will hopefully improve Zoom’s connectivity tomorrow! It is our desire that these changes will lead to a better experience for our students.
We know that the technical issues must be our highest priority and appreciate all the support provided from our families to help get students logged onto their classroom meetings.
We will continue to keep you updated.
